DIRECTOR PROFILES
Mary Curtis MA, Chartered FCIPD Mary has over 20 years experience in human resources and training and development.
Following a variety of Human Resources and Training roles with major international banks in London, Mary moved to Jersey in 1990. Mary has been Regional HR Manager for Deloitte and Touche where she also provided training to the UK organisation and Director of Human Resources for Mourant, responsible for a team of 13 staff supporting 650 employees in 5 jurisdictions. She has also been involved in the delivery of a variety of training initiatives for the States of Jersey including working with Jersey Business School.
Mary holds a Diploma in Personnel Management, an MA in Manpower Studies and the IoD Diploma in Company Direction. She is a Fellow of and past Chair of the Jersey Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Chair of both the Chamber of Commerce and Institute of Directors Human Resources and Training sub committees.
Mary has trained individuals in a wide range of skills including courses accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Institute of Management (CIOM).
