TRAINING SERVICES


With organisations facing regular changes in market conditions and regulations, there is a constant need to train and develop staff.  Based on our experience we are able to offer a range of in-house training to meet these needs and help fulfil an individual’s requirement for continual professional development (CPD). 

 

Training can be delivered as individual tailored courses or as part of an ongoing programme such as Induction Training and Management and Supervisory Development.  Examples of the types of courses that can be delivered include:

Bespoke and external training

In addition to the above, we are able to structure and deliver specific courses to meet the needs of your organisation and would be happy to discuss particular requirements.  This can include arranging an external course where the number of participants would not justify an in-house programme.  We are also able to deliver project based training both in project skills and as part of project implementation.
