Sometimes organisations need to make key decisions but want help to ensure that all aspects are considered, the right decision is made and that the relevant staff are involved in the decision process.
This may happen where parts of the business already hold different views or where the managers involved do not have the time or expertise to organise suitable meetings and compile the relevant reports.
